When it comes to water and your home, keep a watchful eye open for signs of intrusion.

Common sources are improperly seated toilets or poorly fitted toilet tanks. Other areas to check are showers, under sink plumbing and any water utilizing appliances.

If not found out early, water will damage watever it comes into contact with over time. Given enough time, dry rot will form (why it's called dry rot instead of wet rot, I don't know!) and slowly spread in the framing of the house. Signs of this are loose or cracking tiles, spongy floors or walls, discoloration, etc.

Plumbing repairs and installations I do are:

Water heaters (tank and tankless)
Faucets
Toilets, tubs and showers
General household appliances
